1. Services
Storybizz provides PR article writing and publication services. We write and publish brand stories on third-party media platforms on behalf of clients.
Articles are published as sponsored/contributed/brand wire content on partner publications.
Publication is subject to editorial review by the respective platform. We cannot guarantee a specific URL or placement on any platform, though we guarantee publication on platforms of equivalent quality.
The standard delivery window is 48 hours from content approval.
2. Payment
All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes.
Payment is processed securely via Razorpay.
Orders are confirmed only upon successful payment capture.
3. Content and Approvals
You will receive a draft article for review before publication. We will incorporate one round of reasonable revisions.
You are responsible for ensuring all information you provide to us is accurate and does not infringe any third-party rights.
We reserve the right to decline or edit content that contains false claims, defamatory material, or content that violates publication policies.
4. Intellectual Property
Once published, the article content is yours. You may share, republish, and use the live article URL freely. Storybizz retains no ongoing licensing rights to content written for you.
5. Add-on Services
Add-on services (such as extra articles or reach boost distribution) are subject to the same terms. The 200+ Reach Boost distributes your story across a network of supporting online publications; individual URLs may vary.
6. Limitation of Liability
Storybizz's liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific order. We are not liable for indirect damages, loss of business, or reputational claims arising from publication content.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
